These Terms apply to use of felryon.com and purchases from the FELRYON storefront. “FELRYON,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the business operating the storefront.
Products and orders
Product pages describe current options and confirmed specifications. An order is subject to acceptance, availability, payment review and fraud prevention. We may contact you about an option, address or availability issue before fulfillment.
Prices and payment
Store prices use USD unless checkout states otherwise. Review products, variants, shipping, tax and the final total before authorizing payment.
Shipping, returns and refunds
The Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund policies form part of these Terms. They provide the current processing, transit, return and refund rules without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Store content may not be copied or misused except as permitted by law. Do not interfere with security, submit unlawful content or use the site for fraudulent activity.
Third-party services
Shopify and other providers may operate checkout, payments, delivery, analytics or other functions. Their services may be governed by additional terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FELRYON is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted or that arise from a customer’s business use of a product, including lost business profits or opportunities. Responsibility for interruptions or errors in third-party services is determined under applicable law and the relevant provider’s terms; this does not remove FELRYON’s own obligations to customers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, unlawful conduct, or any injury, loss or consumer right for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Statutory rights and remedies for faulty, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods remain available. The published return and refund commitments also remain in effect.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or purchases from it are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may lawfully be subject to forum selection must be brought before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of California, United States. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
