FELRYON Privacy Policy — Backstage Ledger
Last updated: September 9, 2026
The Backstage Ledger describes how FELRYON handles personal information when you visit felryon.com, browse, place an order, subscribe, request support, or otherwise interact with the store. Shopify and connected providers may process information required for storefront operation, checkout, payment, delivery, security, measurement, and communication.
Entry log — information you provide
Depending on the interaction, we may receive your name, email, delivery and billing details, order history, account information, product selections, subscription preferences, return details, support messages, and photographs or documents you choose to send. Payment credentials are generally handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us in full.
Footlight log — information generated by use
Devices and services may create IP address, browser and device data, approximate location, cookie identifiers, referral details, pages viewed, cart actions, checkout events, and fraud or security signals. Data may also come from Shopify, apps, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and other parties involved in the interaction you requested.
Production purpose — how the ledger is used
We use information to operate and improve the store, complete purchases, deliver orders, provide support, manage returns, remember choices, protect accounts and checkout, detect misuse, maintain business records, comply with law, understand site performance, and send marketing where permitted. Depending on location and activity, the legal basis may be contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation.
Crew list — sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention providers, fulfillment and delivery partners, hosting and security services, support tools, analytics or advertising providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and parties involved in a business transaction. Providers receive data for their service or another lawful purpose and operate under their own duties.
Control booth — cookies and advertising choices
Cookies and similar technologies can keep the cart operating, remember settings, prevent fraud, measure visits, and support advertising. Controls depend on browser, device, consent interface, location, and provider. Disabling some technologies may limit store features. Where required, non-essential technologies follow the choices presented to you.
Archive room — retention and safeguards
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including customer service, accounting, disputes, security, and legal duties. Retention periods vary by record and jurisdiction. We use reasonable safeguards, but no network or storage method is guaranteed completely secure. Protect account credentials and report suspected unauthorized use.
Touring ledger — international processing
Shopify and other providers may process information outside the country where you live. Where required, transfers rely on contractual, organizational, or legal protections. Privacy laws and government-access rules in another location may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.
Your mark — available privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or review of certain decisions. Marketing messages provide available opt-out methods. We may need to verify identity and may retain information where a valid legal or operational reason applies.
Young visitors, outside stages, and updates
The store is not intended for children to use independently where parental authorization is required, and we do not knowingly seek children’s information in violation of law. Third-party websites have their own privacy practices. We may revise this Ledger by posting an updated version and date.
