Payment Methods
FELRYON displays the following card brands in its payment information. Available payment methods and acceptance for your order are confirmed in the secure checkout:

Currency and order review
Products, shipping charges and checkout totals are displayed in USD. Before authorizing payment, review the selected products and variants, shipping address, shipping charge and final total.
Authorization and unsuccessful payments
Card authorization is handled by the payment service and card issuer. If payment does not complete, review the information entered and any message displayed at checkout, or contact the card issuer. A temporary authorization may appear before a transaction is completed or reversed according to the provider's processing time.
Duplicate charges or pending authorizations
If you see more than one payment entry for the same order, first check whether an entry is pending or completed and avoid repeatedly submitting payment. Contact support@felryon.com with the order number, payment date, amount and the last four digits of the card only. We will review the order and payment records and work with the payment provider to resolve any confirmed duplicate completed charge. Temporary authorization release and refund posting times depend on the provider and card issuer.
Payment safety
Complete payment only through the secure checkout reached from felryon.com. FELRYON will not ask you to email a complete card number, card security code, password or one-time verification code.
